Ask your own documents. Get an answer with the source attached.
A private assistant that answers your team’s questions from your policies, contracts, manuals and procedures, in Slack, Teams or a simple web page. Every answer shows the passage it came from. When the documents don’t contain the answer, it says so, instead of guessing. Your data stays in your own accounts.

The knowledge exists. Nobody can reach it.
Three scenes from almost every first call. If one of them is your week, the fix already exists.
The answer exists. Somewhere.
It is in a PDF on SharePoint, in a Google Drive folder, or in an email from two years ago. Finding it takes twenty minutes, so people ask a colleague instead.
Your senior people answer the same questions every day
Experienced staff are interrupted for things the manual already covers. New hires take months to get up to speed because the knowledge lives in people’s heads.
Staff are pasting company data into public chatbots
When there is no private assistant, people quietly use free public ones. Your contracts, prices and client details end up in accounts you do not control.
A private assistant that only knows your business
Not a general chatbot with your logo on it. An assistant limited to your own documents, honest about what it does not know, and private enough for contracts and staff files.
Answers from your documents only
The assistant answers only from the documents you give it: the staff handbook, supplier contracts, product manuals, standard operating procedures. Never from the open internet, and never from another company’s data.
The source shown on every answer
Each answer links to the exact passage it came from, so your team can check it in one click rather than taking the wording on trust.
An honest “I don’t know”
An AI that invents a policy or a contract clause and states it with complete confidence is called a hallucination. We prevent it by forcing answers to come from your documents, with “I don’t have that” as the fallback.
Private by design
It runs in your own cloud account on AWS or Azure, and people only see answers from documents they are allowed to read. Where regulation requires it, the AI model runs in the cloud region your rules name.
Live over your first document set in about 4–6 weeks
We start with one document set you trust: the staff handbook, the contract library or the product manuals. Once that set works, we add the next. You see the accuracy score before your team does.
- A private assistant over your document set, with access controls that respect who may read what.
- Your data kept in your own accounts and, where regulation requires it, in a cloud region inside your own country.
- A citation on every answer, linking to the exact passage it came from.
- A test built from questions your team actually asks, with a published accuracy score before launch.
- Delivery into Slack, Teams or a simple web page, wherever your team already works.
- Scheduled quality checks after launch, so accuracy does not quietly slip.
- All the code and documentation, owned by you.
Built by the engineers you will actually talk to
- Find the failure that costs you most.We gather the questions your team actually asks in a week.
- Build it so it cannot fail silently.Every answer must cite the passage it came from.
- Prove it, then hand over the keys.A published score on your real questions, before launch.
The engineering underneath
The assistant stands on three engineering disciplines. Your technical team can inspect every one of them.
Answers with the source attached
The retrieval engineering that grounds every answer in your documents and cites the passage it used.
Built on our retrieval engineering →Data that stays where it should
Residency, access control and audit trails, with delivery aligned to the standard your sector and country require: HIPAA, ISO 27001, ADHICS or Protected-B.
How we handle regulated data →Fits the tools you already use
Clean connections into Slack, Teams, SharePoint and Google Drive, without breaking anything your team relies on.
How we connect your systems →The engineering summary to forward
Retrieval-augmented generation with per-passage source attribution; permission-aware retrieval; refusal on low-confidence retrievals instead of generation; a golden-task eval set built from real staff questions, wired into CI; scheduled drift and regression checks; deployment in your tenancy, with model hosting in the cloud region your regulator requires. Ask for a sample grounding-and-citation scorecard on the call.
Where does your data go?
Your data stays in your systems and your accounts. Where a workflow uses an AI model, we can run it in the cloud region your rules require, so regulated information never leaves the country it belongs in. We work to the standard your sector answers to, and you own every line of code we hand over.
Security & compliance in full →Fixed price, senior engineers, no lock-in
Fixed scope, fixed price
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed in writing after a free 20-minute call. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Senior engineers only
Senior engineers only, no juniors and no account managers. The person on your first call is the person who builds your system.
No lock-in, ever
You own all the code, the tests and the documentation. If we disappeared tomorrow, your system would keep running, and any competent developer could maintain it.
The questions everyone asks
Why not just let staff use ChatGPT?
Public chatbots answer from the whole internet, and they put your company data into accounts you do not control. A private assistant answers only from your documents, inside your own accounts, with access controls.
What happens when the answer is not in our documents?
The assistant says so, instead of inventing something. A wrong answer delivered confidently is worse than no answer, so we build it to refuse.
Our documents are messy, and some are out of date.
That is normal, and we plan for it. We start with a document set you trust, and the citation on every answer means an out-of-date source is spotted the first time it is used, not months later.
Who controls who sees what?
You do. The assistant respects the permissions you already set in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so someone in sales never sees answers drawn from HR files.
How do we know it is accurate?
Before launch it must pass a test built from the real questions your team asks, and you see the score. After launch we re-run those checks on a schedule, so a decline is caught by us before your team notices.
Stop searching your documents. Start asking them.
Bring the three questions your team asks most often, and we will tell you honestly whether your documents can answer them. Free 20-minute call → fixed written quote → live in 4 to 6 weeks.
