AI software built around your business, not a template.
Internal tools, customer portals, APIs and the AI features inside them, built by senior engineers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ontario. We work inside the systems you already run, ship in stages you can see, and hand over code your own team can maintain.

Three reasons teams stop looking for a product to buy
The off-the-shelf tool nearly fits
You have tried the software everyone recommends, and your process does not fit it. The workarounds now cost more than the licence.
A spreadsheet is running something critical
Quotes, jobs, stock or approvals live in a file that one person understands, and everyone is nervous about the day it breaks.
The AI prototype never reached production
Someone built a promising demo. Nobody could make it safe, fast and cheap enough to put in front of customers or staff.
Bespoke software, with AI where it earns its place
Not every problem needs AI, and we will tell you when it does not. What every build does need is software that fits your process, connects to what you already run, and can be maintained after we leave. A whole new product for your customers is a full product build. Everything else, the tools, features and pipelines inside the business you already run, is what we build here.
Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet
Job boards, quoting and approval tools, stock and scheduling systems, each built around how your team actually works, with roles and an audit trail, wired into the systems that already hold your data.
Customer portals over the systems you run
Places your customers log in to track orders, documents, payments and progress, reading and writing to the CRM, ERP or accounting system that already holds the data.
AI features inside software you already run
Search that understands a question, drafting that starts from your own material, extraction that reads what arrives. Added to your product with checks around every result.
APIs, services and data pipelines
The connective work: clean APIs, Python services on AWS or Azure, and pipelines that move data between Salesforce, SAP Business One, Zoho Books and your inbox without anyone re-typing it.
Reporting that builds itself
Dashboards and scheduled reports drawn from your real systems, so the numbers your managers use are the same numbers your systems hold.
An existing codebase, taken over
We assess what you have, write down what it does, and extend it. Where a rewrite is genuinely cheaper than the alternative, we say so and show the working.
A system you own, and can hand to anyone
A first shippable version typically takes 8โ12 weeks depending on scope, quoted after the free call. All of it is included in the fixed quote.
- All the source code and the intellectual property, in your own repository from the first week.
- Automated tests, a continuous integration pipeline and a documented release process.
- Architecture and handover documentation written for a developer who has never met us.
- Monitoring and alerts, so a problem is visible before your users report it.
- Where the build includes AI, an accuracy score measured on your own cases before launch.
- A handover session with your team, and the option of a fixed-scope support agreement afterwards.
Senior engineers, and only senior engineers
The people on the call write the code
No juniors, no account managers and no delivery office. The team works from Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with our allied practice NorthSight Technologies Inc. in Ontario, Canada, covering Gulf, European and North American hours between them.
Shipped before, at scale
Consumer and business software with more than 9M downloads behind it, including a Macworld Best of Show, a Starbucks Pick of the Week and a number one App Store utility, plus four years delivering on-site inside UAE healthcare.
About the team โ- Find the failure that costs you most.We map the process, the systems it touches and the one number that says it worked, then quote a fixed price in writing.
- Build it so it cannot fail silently.Working software every two weeks, on your own data, checked before anything reaches your records.
- Prove it, then hand over the keys.Tests, documentation, monitoring and a handover session, with the code in your repository throughout.
Where this meets the rest of what we build
A whole product, end to end
When the answer is a new product rather than a change to what you run.
Product build โIntegrationAI wired into your systems
Clean services and APIs between your CRM, ERP, accounting software and inbox.
AI integration โAgentsMulti-step AI work
Read, decide, act, with a checkpoint after every step and hard limits throughout.
Agentic pipelines โRAGAnswers from your documents
Retrieval that cites the passage it used, and says when your files do not cover it.
Retrieval (RAG) โAutomationThe manual process, automated
When software is not the answer and the workflow itself is what needs rebuilding.
Workflow automation โSecurityBuilt for a security review
Data residency, access control and audit trails, aligned to the standard your sector answers to.
Security & compliance โThe questions everyone asks
Can you work with our in-house developers?
Yes. We take a defined piece of the system, work in your repository and your review process, and leave documentation behind. The scope is agreed in writing so responsibilities never blur.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The code, the tests and the documentation sit in your repository, and nothing we hand over depends on a platform you have to keep renting from us.
What do you build with?
Python and TypeScript for services and web applications, native iOS and Android for mobile, deployed on AWS or Azure in the region your rules require. We choose boring, well-supported tools, because someone has to maintain this after we hand it over.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Usually, yes. We start with a short assessment: what it does, what it runs on, what is risky and what it would cost to extend rather than replace. You get that assessment in writing whether or not you carry on with us.
How long does a first version take?
A first shippable version typically takes 8โ12 weeks depending on scope, quoted after the free call. Smaller pieces, such as an internal tool or an AI feature inside an existing product, are usually live sooner.
What happens after launch?
Your team can take it from there, because the code, tests and documentation are yours. If you would rather we kept improving it, that is agreed as a separate fixed scope, never an open-ended retainer.
Tell us what the software has to do.
Bring the process, the spreadsheet or the prototype. We will tell you what we would build, and what we would not.
- 30 minutes with a senior engineer who would build it. No salesperson, no slides.
- A clear plan for what we would build, and roughly how long it would take.
- A straight answer on whether it fits. No obligation either way.
